What is the cost of delivery within Singapore?

We provide FREE Standard Delivery on all orders within Singapore for minimum order of $20.

We also provide Express Delivery on all orders within Singapore with a $10 surcharge.

Local Delivery fee is $10 for places within 10km of office. $15 for further than 10 km from office.

Express delivery takes 1-2 working days inclusive of additional delivery fee.

We are in partnership with Horizon Moon Logistics for our local deliveries.
How long does it take for my parcel to arrive within Singapore?

Standard deliveries take 3 - 5 working days.


Express Deliveries take 1 working day.

*On all orders made by 12pm you can expect your parcel to arrive by 12pm the next day.

What are the International shipping methods?

What are the shipping costs?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its designated country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with these charges as custom policies and import duties vary from country to country and we have no say over the charges.

How long does it take for me to receive my parcel?

The transit time between airports ranges from 5-7 days. These transit times are subject to custom’s clearance and transport conditions.

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you may return your purchase via 2 options:

  1. By post (Local and International)
  2. Walk-in to our Showroom during our opening hours to make your return..


Items returned should be in its original condition, unwashed and with no alterations made. Item should be inside the original packaging together with all the tags attached,


Returns must be either posted / walk-in within 7 days of receiving your order along with the Return Form.

Can I make an exchange if my size does not fit?
Yes, you can make a one-time exchange however if you want to make another exchange, you’ll be charged $10.
